WAHYU PUSAKA
Some words do not translate well from one language to another. Just like the title of this page we are going to have to work with a sense of understanding beyond words.. Let us first look at the word "Wahyu". I've learned, Wahyu translates best into; revelation of Godly truth. The word "Pusaka" is commonly translated into heirloom, however here I would like to refer to sacred holy heirlooms only.
Now, what makes a heirloom sacred?
Many of us own precious objects and treasures from our past. Passed on by a loved one or found at a place that is dear to us... These objects can be heirlooms, like our grandfathers watch or souvenirs like the key to our first apartment that we enjoyed so much. These object can be meaningful to us as they have to ability to bring us back reminiscing on different times. Sacred heirlooms - Pusakas - are objects and tools for meditation, consecrated by Saints.
