PRAkriti
Prakriti, Nature
A personalized approach to living in alignment with your natural constitution
Prakriti refers to your natural constitution - your inherent balance according to ancient Vedic wisdom. It reflects how your body, mind and energy function in their optimal state.
In modern life, this balance is often disrupted. Through conscious practice and guidance, it is possible to restore alignment in a way that is sustainable and personal.
This work is not about imposing change, but about understanding and supporting what is already present.
A Holistic Approach
The body, breath and mind are interconnected.
Yoga, in its original meaning, refers to union - the integration of body, mind and awareness. Physical practice is only one aspect. Through movement, breathwork and stillness, we create the conditions for clarity and stability.
Rather than focusing on performance or external form, the emphasis lies on awareness, efficiency and presence.
Individual Practice
Every body is different. Every life situation is unique.
My work is informed by personal experience with chronic conditions, injury and physical limitations. This allows for a grounded and realistic approach to practice.
Sessions are adapted to the individual, with attention to:
- physical capacity
- energy levels
- mental and emotional state
The aim is to support continuity and safety, rather than intensity.
Restorative Practice & Subtle Awareness
Deep rest is an essential component of balance.
Restorative practices support the nervous system and create space for observation. During this process, mental patterns, physical tension and emotional responses may become more visible.
This aligns with the Vedic model of the Pancha Kosha, which describes five layers of the human system:
- physical
- energetic
- mental
- intuitive
- bliss
Practice can address one or multiple of these layers, depending on individual needs.

Breathwork - Pranayama
Breathwork is a direct and effective tool for regulation and awareness.
Pranayama supports:
- nervous system balance
- mental clarity
- present-moment awareness
It can be integrated into both active and restorative practices.
Lifestyle & Rhythm
Health is influenced by daily rhythm, habits and the use of time.
Patterns that originate in stress responses can lead to imbalance over time. Through observation and guidance, these patterns can be adjusted in a practical and sustainable way.
Small, consistent changes often have the most significant long-term impact.
